If I know what the problem is with my car, can I get a quote in advance?

. You can either call on the phone or go to our website and receive a quote.

Is there a fee for the diagnostic test, when you come and check the car?

Yes. The diagnostic test is $65, but is waived, when you choose us to fix your car.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our goal is to be as convenient of a service as possible for you.

Will I receive a receipt after I pay?

Yes. Any and all invoices/receipts will be emailed to the you. In this email, you will ALWAYS have your invoices/receipts, eliminating the problem of losing them.

Is there a service charge for coming out?

No. We don’t require a service charge. Upon our arrival, no money is demanded upfront.

If I have my own part, can I use it for the work being done?

Yes. If you have the part for your car, knowing what is wrong, we will gladly use it.

Do you warranty the parts used in the repairs?

No. We don’t provide a warranty on parts, because we don’t up-charge on parts. We are in partnership with O’Reilly Auto Parts, and our customers get a discount when purchasing parts at this establishment-warranty included.

Do you have a warranty on labor?

Yes. We have a 12 month/12,000-mile warranty on labor for all the work we do.
